I try to respond to every email I get within twenty-four hours. Please leave as much detail as possible, so I can assess my ability to provide a service or solution. Please put the word 'apple' somewhere in the subject line so I know you are not a robot. And don't try to be one of those friendly robots. Sorry, friendly or malicious, no robots!

Team Meeting

If we decide to continue on with a call, I like to use Microsoft Teams when possible. I will set up the meeting with you. There is a Chinese proverb that goes "A picture is worth a thousand words." I like to show things. Seeing is believing. I don't want to just talk about this or that - I like to show. It helps tremendously to see what is being discussed or proposed. Also, in some cases, I want to see your situation. Show me what is missing, what is wrong, what is needed. Seeing facilitates a productive discussion.

Syteline Development

If you are requesting Syteline or Mongoose support, I will need to have access to your environment. If possible, I would like to see the environment on our first call.

Training

If you require training, we can set up remote sessions using Microsoft Teams. I can also visit onsite. There is something powerful about being there, in the large conference room, with the marker boards, being able to go from person to person for assistance. We can discuss options. The price is reduced if you live by the ocean.
